Delivery
In Denmark we offer delivery with PostNord and GLS, while all orders (EU and Non-EU) are delivered with various servies.
Please pay attention to the following:
- Delivery times are guiding and estimates.
- Specific products can be excluded from ‘Free shipping’
- Orders to be delivered to countries outside of the EU, may be subject to local customs and VAT. We do therefore encourage you to contact your local VAT authorities if you have any questions.
- Large or heavy items will be shipped with freight compainies and will have longer delivery time and an potential extra charge.
Return
The customer has the right to return new unused goods within 14 days.
Please make sure it's order number is clear and easy to read.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
The 14-days-period shall start after receipt of this instruction, but in any event, no earlier than the goods have been received by the customer.

3) MATIAS MOELLENBACH will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.
Please print and attach this return form to make sure our warehouse can identify your parcel.
