Processing Time



• All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


• Orders containing in-stock items are usually shipped within this timeframe.

Customs, Duties & Taxes


• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.


• These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all eligible orders. Please note that furniture and large products are not eligible for this service.

Eligibility



• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• We cannot accept parcels sent to pick-up points or lockers.

Refunds & Costs



• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


• If product or packaging is damaged - a proportional amount will be deducted from refund amount.
