Routine Maintenance

• Vacuum Regularly (Suction Only): Dirt and dust can settle deep into the woven fibers, acting like abrasive sandpaper over time. Vacuum 1–2 times a week. Crucial: Turn off the rotating beater bar on your vacuum, as the harsh bristles will tear, pull, and fray the natural fibers. Use the suction-only setting or an upholstery attachment.
  
• Rotate Periodically: To ensure even wear in high-traffic areas and prevent uneven fading from sunlight, rotate your rug 180 degrees every 3 to 6 months.
  
• Snip, Don’t Pull: It is completely normal for small loose fibers, known as "sprouts," to pop up over time. Never pull them, as this can unravel the surrounding weave. Simply snip the sprout flush with the surface of the rug using sharp scissors.
