2. How to Return an Item
Before sending a return, please follow these steps:

• Print and attach the return form to ensure our warehouse can identify your parcel.
• Make sure your order number is clearly visible inside the package.

🚨 Important: We are unable to collect returns from any pick-up locations or parcel lockers.
3. Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
