Handmade in Bhadohi, India.

Care & Maintenance

Vacuum regularly with suction only. Blot spills immediately, never rub. Use mild wool detergent if needed. Shedding is normal—trim loose fibers, don’t pull. Rotate every 6–12 months for even wear. Use a rug pad for protection. Avoid direct sunlight. Professional clean every 1–2 years.

Production & Delivery

Once we begin a batch, production takes approximately 4–8 weeks. For delivery, you may choose express air shipping (available at an additional cost) for faster arrival, or standard sea shipping, which takes around 6 weeks.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds & Costs



  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.




  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


  • If product or packaging is damaged - a proportional amount will be deducted from refund amount.
