Delivery Information
You will receive a tracking link within 48 hours of your order being fulfilled.
- Timelines: All delivery times are estimates.
- Large/Heavy Items: These ship via freight. They take a bit longer and may incur an extra shipping charge.
- Free Shipping: Some specific products may be excluded from free shipping promotions.
- Non-EU Orders: If you are ordering outside the EU, your local customs authorities will likely apply VAT and duties. You are responsible for these charges.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
To get a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging. Under EU law, you are welcome to inspect the item, but if it has been used to a degree that decreases its value, we will deduct that loss of value from your refund.
How to return an item:
- Notify us: Let us know you are returning an item by contacting us mail.
- Include your info: Print and fill out our [Download Return Form]. If you can't print it, just include a clear handwritten note with your Order Number.
- Ship it back: You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we made an error). Ship the parcel directly to:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- The funds will go back to your original payment method.
- Your refund will include the cost of standard outbound shipping (but not return shipping).
